• ADOPTION - Adoption is the legal process by which a legal parent-child relationship is created between individuals not biologically parent and child. I represent individuals in adoption proceedings who are seeking to establish such a relationship.
  
  
• REAL ESTATE LAW - In my Real Estate practice, I represent individual and business clients in transactions involving commercial and residential property, including drafting and interpreting real estate documents, preparation of deeds, owner financing arrangements, and purchase and sales, I also have experience representing clients in litigation involving title disputes, easement and boundary line conflicts, and quite title actions.
  
  
• BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS- The form of a business chosen for a business entity potentially affects every aspect of it's operation. I assist clients in the planning and formation of their business, whether it be a closely held business, limited liability company, partnership, or corporation.
  
  
• CONTRACTS - Every day people enter into contracts for services or the sale of goods. Unfortunately, there are occasions when conflict arises as a result of one party not performing their end of the bargain. I represent individuals involved in these types of situations, known as breach of contract actions, to ensure that they are compensated by the breaching party either in the form of monetary damages, specific performance, or contract enforcement.
  
  
• WILLS - For a low FLAT FEE of $150.00, I offer a Basic Will Package which includes a Last Will and Testament, a legal document that contains your directions as to how you wish your property is to be distributed after death, a Living Will, a document which allows you to decide whether or not to be kept on an artificial life support system in the event of incapacitation, a Durable Power of Attorney, a document that gives a person of your choosing the power to make financial and other decisions should you become incapacitated, and a Medical Power of Attorney, a legal document that allows you to designate a person to make medical decisions on your behalf in the event of incapacitation. • PERSONAL INJURY- I represent Plaintiffs who have been injured as a result of someone else's intentional or negligent conduct, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, slip and fall, workplace injuries, defective products, and wrongful death.
  
  
• DEPENDENCY & NEGLECT LAW - I represent parents in cases where their children have been removed from the home and placed into foster care by the Department of Human Services (DHS) because of allegations of neglect or abuse.
